As a
Chassis CVA Engineer
, you will support the design, development, and release of key chassis components, ensuring that all automotive quality, cost, and timing standards are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure proper component integration into the vehicle architecture. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional or recent graduate to grow within a major automotive framework.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development:
Support the design, development, and release processes for chassis components.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure components integrate flawlessly into the vehicle architecture.
Data & Change Management:




Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) and actively track Engineering Change Notices/Requests (ECN/ECR) utilizing company Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
Supplier Communication:
Maintain direct contact with automotive suppliers to monitor prototype manufacturing progress and resolve technical issues.
Technical Documentation:
Assist in reviewing critical engineering documents, including DFMEA, DVP&R;, and 2D drawings utilizing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
