Translate customer needs, competitive benchmarks, and clinic insights into measurable functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Facilitate multi-disciplinary reviews across Software, Hardware, HMI, Systems, and Core Engineering to resolve feature gaps, assumptions, and interface dependencies.
Traceability & Change Control:
Maintain bidirectional traceability from high-level features down to subsystem, software, hardware, and validation plans. Assess the technical, timing, and cost impacts of requirement changes.
Safety & Compliance Integration:
Ensure all technical requirements incorporate applicable functional safety (ISO *****), cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
Validation Alignment:
Partner with validation teams to establish clear verification methods, acceptance criteria, and issue-resolution pathways.
