Key Responsibilities

- Provide after-sales technical support for energy storage systems and related equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hardware, and system-level issues to ensure reliable equipment operation.

- Perform on-site inspections, equipment commissioning, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting when required.

- Respond to customer technical inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues.

- Work closely with internal engineering, sales, and service teams to resolve technical problems and improve customer satisfaction.

- Assist with product installation guidance, technical training, and maintenance recommendations.

- Prepare technical service reports and document troubleshooting processes and solutions.

- Travel to customer sites across Mexico when necessary.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in after-sales service, technical support, field service, or a similar engineering role.





- Previous experience in the energy storage industry is required

, preferably with battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy storage inverters, or related electrical equipment.

- Familiarity with at least one of the following is preferred:

- Residential Energy Storage

- Commercial and Industrial (C&I;) Energy Storage

- Utility-Scale / Grid-Side Energy Storage

- Good understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

- Willingness to travel within Mexico for on-site technical support.

- Professional proficiency in Spanish is preferred for communication with local customers; English proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with energy storage inverters, battery systems, BMS, or power conversion systems (PCS).

- Experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or power equipment.

- Familiarity with system commissioning, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance.
