B is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Estimator to join our team in Puebla, Mexico. You will develop accurate estimates for water and wastewater facilities, perform takeoffs, and manage cost from bid through handoff with operations and PM.
You will evaluate scope, constructability, and risk, read plans and specs, and work with subcontractors and suppliers. Proficiency with HCSS, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and OT software is preferred, with strong communication skills a must.
