ICON seeks a Site Contracts Negotiator I to support the review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements and budgets in Mexico City on a hybrid basis. The role involves drafting contracts, coordinating with sites and internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation to enable timely study initiation.
Responsibilities
Draft and review site contracts using approved templates under senior guidance
Support contract and budget negotiations with sites, escalating complex matters appropriately
Track contract status, timelines, and milestones in designated systems
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and align on contract terms
Ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate, and filed per standard operating procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or equivalent experience
Initial experience in contracts, legal support, clinical research, or administration preferred
Basic understanding of contract terms and negotiation fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Advanced English proficiency and collaborative communication skills
Willingness to learn site contracting processes and systems
