Responsibilities
Serve as strategic financial partner to senior leaders, translating data into commercial insights
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning initiatives
Ensure financial governance, statutory compliance, accounting, tax, and internal controls
Drive finance evolution through digitalization, automation, and advanced analytics
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements
Significant progressive financial leadership experience
Proven experience in finance transformation and systems evolution
Knowledge of Mexican GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
Strong commercial judgment with ability to simplify complex decisions
Track record leading multidisciplinary teams in complex environments
Excellent communication and change-management skills
Recognized professional finance qualification
