Pfizer seeks a health science specialist representative for oncology (genitourinary) based in Mexico City. The role involves promoting oncology products across government hospitals, private facilities, and infusion centers while building clinical and administrative networks to drive market share and sales targets.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for assigned oncology product portfolio across assigned territories
Conduct visits to physicians, nursing staff, pharmacies, and administrative decision-makers to generate prescriptions
Monitor product inventory and supply chain coordination with pharmacies, distributors, and account managers
Develop and execute action plans identifying business opportunities in assigned hospitals




Design and implement medical education activities and infusion protocol training with medical and marketing teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in medical or biological sciences
3+ years as medical representative in high-specialty care or related role
Proficiency in clinical trial interpretation and application to sales
Knowledge of hospital circuit, government access processes (IMSS, ISSSTE, institutes)
Experience launching products and securing access in public and private channels
Consultative sales skills in infusion centers and oncology settings
Residence in Mexico City (mandatory)
