Responsibilities
Coordinate shipments, customs clearance, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and legal consultants
Review customs expense reports and integrate landed cost data across logistics providers
Monitor and track logistics KPIs and performance metrics
Resolve complex supply chain issues and optimize operational efficiency




Requirements
5+ years of customs and international logistics experience
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel
Expert knowledge of international trade compliance and Mexican customs regulations
Demonstrated ability to manage customs brokers, freight forwarders, and legal consultants
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with dangerous goods and oversized shipment handling (preferred)
Process improvement and cost optimization background
