Process Improvement and Documentation

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Testing and Training

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience
in a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant role, specializing in complex enterprise software applications.
Proven track record
of translating complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Hands-on experience
managing backlogs and project tracking within
Azure DevOps (4+ Years)
.
Demonstrated leadership skills
with strong strategic insight, exceptional attention to detail, and a delivery-focused mindset.
Methodology Versatility:
Deep proficiency in both
Agile
and
Waterfall
project methodologies, with the ability to navigate complex project environments effectively.
Preferred Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Tools:
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Visio, Project) and data/analytics tools (
SQL, Power BI
).
Domain Expertise:
Industry experience within
Healthcare, Finance, or the Public Sector
is highly desirable.
