Probolsky Research is hiring a Spanish/English-speaking interviewer to make outbound telephone survey calls to people in the United States. This is high-volume outbound dialing. Most people you call won't answer or won't want to talk, and you need to keep a steady pace and stay positive anyway. You'll ask questions, listen carefully, and record responses accurately. This is opinion research: no selling, no collections, no appointment setting, no fundraising.

Pay: US$5.00 per hour (about US$866 per month), paid monthly. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Remote, Mexico-based.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Make outbound calls all shift using our calling system and provided survey scripts
- Conduct interviews in Spanish and English
- Read questions clearly and word for word, without changing their meaning or influencing answers
- Accurately enter responses and record call outcomes
- Handle questions, refusals, and callbacks professionally
- Follow confidentiality requirements and meet quality and productivity expectations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of outbound calling experience, such as telephone surveys, telemarketing, cold calling, collections, or outbound sales. Inbound-only customer service is not a fit.
- Excellent spoken English and Spanish, with clear pronunciation and strong listening comprehension in both
- Ability to read survey questions naturally in either language and understand unscripted responses
- Patience, persistence, attention to detail,



reliability, and willingness to accept coaching
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- A computer, a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a backup plan for internet and power

SCHEDULE You will work U.S. calling hours, including U.S. evenings and some weekends. Calls may be in any U.S. time zone, so your hours will change by project, but they will always follow U.S. hours.
