WE'RE HIRING BRAND & VISUAL DESIGNER

At Mktideas Agency , we're looking for a talented Brand & Visual Designer with a strong visual eye, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail, capable of developing brand identities, graphic assets, and high-quality audiovisual content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO | Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and develop visual concepts and brand identities that reflect each brand's essence.
- Design logos, visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and branded applications.
- Create digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, promotional assets, and social media content.
- Develop and adapt visual campaigns across different formats, platforms, and communication needs.
- Edit reels, short-form videos, and audiovisual content for digital platforms.
- Create basic motion graphics, transitions, animated typography, and visual effects.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print applications.
- Use stock image libraries and AI-powered tools to create and optimize visual assets.
- Interpret creative briefs and independently execute high-quality visual solutions.
- Collaborate with Art Managers and cross-functional creative teams to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR | Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, branding,



and visual communication, preferably within creative, marketing, or advertising agencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Proven experience in branding, visual identity development, and graphic systems.
- Hands-on video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and visual animation.
- Proficiency with Canva, stock image libraries, and AI-powered design tools.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and editorial design.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
