provides support in the use of lean six sigma tools in compliance with the Roadmap Milestones. Provides training on the lean six sigma tools for the assigned project.Performs analysis on KPI (metrics) to find new kaizen opportunitiesCoach the VS/BU team during the kaizen eventsfacilitate the physical implementation of the new processes that came from the kaizen events and review the impact on the metrics.Work with the value stream team and follow up the lean strategy.Reinforce lean six sigma thinking during team sessionsAttend meeting with the lean office to assure compliance and share experiences.Coordinate the training in his assigned VS/BU/Supply Chain and assure execution.Review and assure the people is embracing new lean six sigma methods by auditing on gemba.Facilitate kaizens event. Review with the VS team the KPIs (metrics) in three levels before and after the kaizen.
