About the Role
Our client, a global leader in online education, is seeking a talented Curriculum Developer to create engaging and effective online learning modules. This is a fully remote, contract-based position, offering maximum flexibility. You will be responsible for designing the structure, content, and assessments for various e-learning courses, ensuring they meet high pedagogical standards and learning objectives. This role requires a creative mind, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of online learning best practices. You will work independently but as part of a collaborative global team, contributing to a cutting-edge educational experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive curricula for online learning modules across various subjects.

Create engaging learning content, including text, interactive exercises, multimedia elements, and assessments.

Ensure all content is aligned with defined learning objectives and industry standards.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate their knowledge into effective e-learning materials.

Apply principles of adult learning and instructional design to optimize the learning experience.

Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct instructional text and scripts.

Develop formative and summative assessments to measure learning outcomes.

Utilize authoring tools and content management systems to build and manage course content.

Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure relevance and quality.





Stay updated on the latest trends in e-learning and curriculum development.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

Demonstrable experience (5+ years) in developing online curriculum and e-learning content.

Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).

Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) and adult learning theories.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience in creating multimedia learning assets (video, audio, graphics) is a strong plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.

Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.

A portfolio showcasing previous curriculum development work is required.
