About the Role Our client, WhatJobs Direct , is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Agente de Seguros de Propiedad y Responsabilidad Civil to join their expanding team. This position offers the convenience of a fully remote setup, allowing you to serve clients across various regions. You will be responsible for advising individuals and businesses on suitable property and liability insurance coverage, helping them protect their assets and mitigate potential financial risks. The adecuado candidate is a skilled communicator, adept at explaining policy details, and passionate about providing personalized solutions. Your role is essential in ensuring clients have the right protection for their homes, vehicles, businesses, and overall liabilities, contributing to their peace of mind and financial security.
Key Responsibilities Consult with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs regarding property and liability.
Explain complex insurance policies, coverage options, and premiums clearly and effectively.
Recommend appropriate insurance products, including homeowners, auto, renters, commercial property, and general liability insurance.
Generate quotes and process applications for new insurance policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals,



and inquiries regarding their coverage.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets for property and liability insurance policies.
Requirements Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably with a focus on property and casualty lines.
Valid insurance license in Mexico.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Strong understanding of property and liability insurance products and principles.
Ability to explain technical insurance terms in an accessible manner.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and insurance quoting tools.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
