About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to detailed work instructions and schematics.

Perform soldering and other joining techniques with high precision.

Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects.

Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.

Test assembled components to verify functionality and adherence to specifications.

Accurately document assembly processes and test results.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, even in a remote setting.

Adhere to all company quality and safety standards.

Collaborate with remote team members and supervisors via digital communication tools.





Contribute to process improvement initiatives for assembly operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics assembly is a plus.

Previous experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing role.

Proficiency in soldering and using hand tools for electronic assembly.

Excellent fine motor skills and manual dexterity.

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with basic electronic testing equipment.

Must have a suitable home office setup conducive to remote work.
