Key Responsibilities Develop and present architectural designs, blueprints, and detailed plans for various projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into feasible architectural solutions.
Lead project teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential data and monitor construction progress.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
Prepare technical specifications, tender documents,



and construction administration reports.
Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance to the team.
Research and recommend innovative materials and construction techniques to enhance project outcomes.
Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices in Mexico.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
A portfolio showcasing a range of successfully completed architectural projects.
Registered architect with relevant professional bodies.
