Job Description
A strategic sourcing buyer negotiates midsize value contracts, complex requirements and coordinates meetings with internal clients to meet objectives while achieving maximum overall cost effectiveness and productivity savings.

Responsibilities

Drive SBG strategic plan with supporting strategies to achieve productivity/cost savings.

Align with Commodity Strategies including spend site analysis, Cost, Market Analysis and Integral Technology / Economic trends

Ensure Relationship development and management with key Supplier Leaderships

Improve Working Capital through Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, Vendor Managed Inventories, etc.

Inventory and Lead time reductions

Assist in Site Tactical Procurement escalations, reconciliations and reporting as required

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE





Extensive experience in procurement and project management

Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.

In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
