Role Responsibilities Perfect Store execution (6Ps)
Operational leadership of promotional teams
Sell-out and on-floor negotiation
Operational control and analysis
Execution of displays, pricing, front-of-store layouts, and planograms
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Business, or a related field
Experience in retail and wholesale required
3-5 years as an Operations Supervisor
Proven ability to negotiate on the sales floor
Expertise in sell-out, inventory, and turnover
Leadership with multidisciplinary teams
Operational leadership in the field, with a constant presence on the sales floor
Results-oriented and resilient in the face of challenges
Strong focus on operational quality and flawless execution
Commercial acumen and understanding of the shopper
Continuous improvement and operational discipline
