Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems for special-purpose vehicles, including chassis, suspension, steering, and powertrain integration.
Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D drawings,



and schematics for all vehicle components and systems.
Perform structural analysis (FEA), kinematic analysis, and vehicle dynamics simulations to optimize design performance and safety.
Select appropriate materials, components, and manufacturing processes for vehicle construction.
Collaborate with electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing teams to ensure integrated system functionality.
Oversee prototype development, build, and testing, providing technical guidance and problem resolution.
Conduct road testing and validation of vehicle systems to ensure performance and reliability standards are met.
Stay updated on emerging automotive technologies, materials, and design trends.
Document design decisions, test results, and technical specifications.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive design, with a focus on chassis, suspension, or vehicle systems integration.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Adams).
Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, kinematics, and structural mechanics.
Experience with powertrain integration and component selection.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
