About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Jefe de Almacén y Control de Inventarios de Alta Rotación to lead their warehouse operations in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX . This key position will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, with a specific focus on maintaining precise inventory control for high-turnover goods. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to optimize inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch, and implementing best practices for inventory management. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping.
Implement and manage robust inventory control systems to ensure high accuracy for fast-moving items.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Manage inventory levels,



conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage warehouse equipment and ensure its optimal functioning.
Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory with demand.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements
Associate's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on high-turnover inventory.
Demonstrated experience in inventory control and accuracy management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in warehouse environments.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX .
