What You'll Do

Manage production incidents and operational issues across critical Retail Technology platforms.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts to minimize business impact and maintain high service availability.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that improve long-term platform stability and reliability.

Support production releases, service transitions, and operational readiness activities.

Drive automation and observability initiatives that reduce manual effort and recurring incidents.

Partner with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to identify risks and continuously improve platform performance.

Champion operational excellence and SRE best practices across application and infrastructure environments.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in:

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Application Support

Production Support

Infrastructure Operations

Retail Technology

Platform Operations

Strong experience managing complex production incidents in enterprise environments.

Change Management

Production Support Operations





Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, automation, and modern engineering practices.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications, infrastructure, or customer-facing platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
