About the Role
Our client, a prominent player in the aerospace industry, is seeking an experienced Ingeniero de Diseño Mecánico to join their dedicated team in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX . This critical role involves the design, development, and testing of complex mechanical systems for aircraft and related aerospace applications. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications using advanced CAD/CAE software.

Perform detailed structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis to ensure designs meet stringent aerospace requirements.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Create and manage technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and stress reports, compliant with aerospace standards.

Participate in design reviews, testing phases, and flight qualification processes.

Investigate and resolve complex engineering problems encountered during design, manufacturing, or operation.





Stay current with industry trends, new materials, and advanced manufacturing techniques relevant to aerospace.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design, specifically within the aerospace industry.

Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN).

Thorough knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, composites, additive manufacturing), and industry standards (e.g., AS9100).

Strong understanding of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and structural mechanics.

Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;) for critical aerospace components.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in Spanish; English fluency is required for technical documentation and international collaboration.
