About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Jefe de Control de Calidad de Producción to lead quality assurance efforts at their manufacturing plant in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. This critical leadership position will oversee all quality control processes, ensuring that products meet stringent internal and external standards. The idóneo candidate will have a deep understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and auditing procedures within the manufacturing sector. Prepare reports on quality performance metrics for senior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) or a related science field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing quality teams. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with auditing and root cause analysis techniques. Familiarity with the manufacturing landscape in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas is advantageous.
