Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field, 90% proficiency in spoken and written English Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the electronics and/or automotive industry , with strong knowledge of quality management systems and experience in continuous improvement, failure analysis, and problem-solving. Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and FDA QSR standards is required , along with knowledge and experience in SMT processes and equipment. The position is located in Tecate, Baja California, Mexico. RESPONSABILITIES Responsible for participating in and leading quality improvement initiatives, analyzing failures and nonconformities, identifying root causes, establishing and following up on corrective and preventive actions, and promoting a culture of prevention and continuous improvement within the organization.
