About the Role Our client, a renowned luxury hotel chain, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Gerente de Alimentos y Bebidas to lead their esteemed F&B; operations. This is a unique, fully remote position allowing you to leverage your extensive experience in hospitality management to oversee multiple properties from a strategic distance. You will be responsible for driving culinary excellence, optimizing operational efficiency, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all F&B; outlets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement F&B; strategies that align with the brand's luxury positioning and financial goals. Oversee the operations of all hotel F&B; outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and catering. Manage budgets, P&L; statements, and control costs related to food, beverage, labor, and other operational expenses. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Lead and develop F&B; leadership teams across multiple properties, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Drive innovation in menu development, beverage programs, and service delivery. Oversee the implementation and enforcement of all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with Executive Chefs on menu engineering and culinary excellence initiatives.



Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to enhance F&B; revenue. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to F&B; Directors and managers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management within luxury hotels, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director of F&B;, Corporate F&B; Manager). Proven track record of successfully managing complex F&B; operations and driving profitability. In-depth knowledge of luxury hotel F&B; trends, operational best practices, and financial management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing remote teams and fostering collaboration across different locations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in F&B; management software and systems. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand standards. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
