Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail sales management, with a focus on electronics or technology products. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics products and market trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
