Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4+ years of payroll experience in Mexico.

- Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation and labor regulations.

- Advanced Excel skills

- Experience using

ADP payroll systems and HRIS platforms.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

- Process payroll accurately and timely for hourly and salaried employees.

- Ensure correct calculation of taxes, deductions, benefits, and statutory payments.

- Maintain compliance with Mexican labor, tax, IMSS, and INFONAVIT regulations.

- Resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies for employees and managers.

- Prepare payroll reports, audits, and year-end government filings.

- Support the Payroll Manager and provide backup leadership when required.
