WHAT WE OFFER:

- Salary of $30,000 to $35,000 MXN per month (gross), depending on experience.

- $2,000 MXN in monthly grocery vouchers.

- Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Work Location: Paseo de la Reforma, Juárez neighborhood, Mexico City (near the Angel of Independence).

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in general accounting and as an accounting assistant.

- Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Knowledge of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and discrepancy analysis.

- Knowledge of CFDI 4.0 electronic invoicing, VAT, and income tax.

- Knowledge of financial statements and Mexican tax regulations.





- Experience with ERP or accounting systems and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.

- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to hold fluent conversations and conduct interviews in English.

Sueldo: Hasta $35,000.00 al mes

Escolaridad

- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)

Experiencia

- Contabilidad general o como asistente contable: 2 años (Obligatorio)

- Registro de asientos contables : 2 años (Obligatorio)

- Gestión de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar (AP/AR): 2 años (Obligatorio)

- Conciliaciones bancarias y análisis de discrepancias: 2 años (Obligatorio)

- Facturación electrónica (CFDI 4.0) y cálculo de IVA e ISR: 1 año (Obligatorio)
