Bay Property Management Group is looking for a talented Full-Stack Software Developer to build custom applications, integrations, and automation tools that make our business run more efficiently.

You’ll join a small, in-house development team where your work will have a direct impact on daily operations. From connecting business systems to building dashboards and automating manual processes, you’ll have the opportunity to own projects from concept to deployment while collaborating with developers, IT, and operations teams.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop REST APIs and integrations with third-party platforms, including Microsoft Graph and the AppFolio Data API.
- Create dashboards, reporting tools, internal portals, and workflow automation solutions.
- Automate business processes such as lease renewals, employee onboarding, and internal reporting.
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker, Microsoft Azure,



and CI/CD pipelines.
- Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain clean, well-documented code.
- Partner with technical and non-technical teams to turn business needs into reliable software.
- Leverage AI coding assistants such as Claude Code while reviewing and validating generated code.

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience building production applications with React.
- Backend development experience with NestJS or a similar Node.js framework.
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge, including database design and migrations using Prisma or a similar ORM.
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience writing automated tests and working with Git/GitHub pull requests.
- Ability to take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively within a small development team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using AI coding assistants and validating their output.

Skills That Will Make You Stand Out Experience with Microsoft Azure, Material UI, Vite, TanStack Query, Playwright, Microsoft Entra ID/SSO, Microsoft Graph, webhook-based integrations, data visualization, or property management software is a plus.
