About the Opportunity

Bay Property Management Group is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to create and support custom web applications and system integrations that improve day-to-day business operations.

In this role, you’ll help build solutions that connect internal platforms, automate workflows, and increase efficiency across multiple departments. You’ll work closely with operations and IT teams to turn business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.

This is a highly hands-on position where you’ll take ownership of projects from planning and development through deployment and ongoing improvements.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve internal web applications and business tools
- Create and manage integrations with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
- Build dashboards, automation tools, and reporting systems
- Streamline operational processes such as onboarding, renewals, and internal workflows
- Develop lightweight portals for employees and external users
- Partner with operational and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Deploy and support applications in cloud or VPS environments
- Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, and optimized for performance
- Use AI-powered development tools to increase productivity and code quality

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience with modern backend frameworks such as Python (Flask/Django), Node.js (Express), or similar technologies
- 10+ years of Full-Stack Software Development experience
- Solid front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs, including authentication and error handling
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted coding and development tools




- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to deployment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical teams
- Experience using Git or other version control systems

Preferred Experience

- Familiarity with property management or real estate software such as AppFolio, Yardi, or Buildium
- Experience with Microsoft 365 APIs, Azure services, or PowerShell
- Understanding of webhook-driven or event-based systems
- Experience developing multi-user or role-based applications
