FullStack Technical Lead / Remote

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the development and modernization of a multi-brand digital media platform.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL, along with technical leadership and architecture experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-stack development using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Design scalable applications using Next.js App Router and reusable components.
- Manage monorepo architecture using Turborepo and pnpm.
- Integrate Contentful CMS, GraphQL, Algolia, and Cloudinary.
- Support OTT/video streaming, CDN, and media integrations.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Vercel, and AWS.
- Improve application performance, security,



scalability, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot production issues using Datadog, Sentry, and CloudWatch.
- Lead code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentor developers.
- Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.

Required Skills:

- Strong Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Next.js App Router and GraphQL.
- Contentful or other Headless CMS.
- Turborepo and pnpm monorepo.
- REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Vercel, and AWS.
- Web performance, SEO, security, and testing.
- Experience with AI coding tools.
