About the Role

ASC Integral is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Guadalajara. This position is focused exclusively on creating high-quality visual content that supports marketing, branding, sales, recruitment, and corporate communication initiatives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has strong visual storytelling skills, and leverages modern AI tools to accelerate ideation and concept development while maintaining exceptional artistic quality and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and sales support materials.
- Develop visual content that aligns with company branding and messaging.
- Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute creative projects.
- Prepare print-ready files and digital assets for multiple channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Organize and maintain design files and brand assets.
- Incorporate AI models (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini) into the initial design phase to rapidly brainstorm concepts, generate text prompts, and explore diverse creative directions.
- Optimize production efficiency by using AI to reduce conceptual turnaround times while ensuring all final deliverables maintain high artistic standards and brand consistency.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional Graphic Design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital design work.




- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced English communication skills (B2+ preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience leveraging text-to-text and text-to-image AI models (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini) for rapid idea generation, creative brainstorming, and the initial creation of unique graphic elements to drive efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Canva.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- Experience designing for B2B companies.
- Photography and photo editing experience.
- Experience creating presentation decks and corporate materials.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to $35,000.00 per month
