HIRING POSITION ( Freelance Independent Contractor )

Availability

- Part-time: 20 to 40 Hours per Month (During Probation Period)

- Full-time: 30 Hours per Week (After Probation Period)

Location : Remote: Work from Home Summary : Manage the Operations Team to be responsible for scaling integral infrastructure, optimizing revenue through partnerships, and aligning enterprise software or AI architecture to “Compete” against AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP. Must understand how to navigate complex cloud marketplace mechanics, data center scaling, and multi-cloud go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Core pillars of the position include:

Core Responsibilities

- Marketplace & Revenue Operations : Overseeing end-to-end cloud marketplace transactions, billing workflows, co-sell integrations, and Hyperscaler-funded initiatives.
- AI Compute & Infrastructure Sourcing : Structuring vendor agreements, optimizing GPU clusters, and planning capital allocation to scale frontier AI and data center resources.
- Cross-Functional Governance : Managing partnerships and acting as the liaison between revenue technologies (RevTech), deal desk, engineering, finance, and legal teams.
- Strategic Architecture and Engineering Design :



Translates high-level business objectives into robust, scalable, and secure hosting solutions (whether on-premise data centers, hybrid models, or public clouds).
- Automation, IaC & Scripting : Drives Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines to improve scalability, reduce deployment times, and optimize costs, while writing Terraform or Ansible code to deploy servers and manage IaC.
- System Monitoring : Defines enterprise cloud standards, security controls, and compliance frameworks (Grafana Labs and Wazuh to detect and prevent outages).
- Disaster Recovery (DR) : Designs resilient systems for high availability, failover, and data protection.
- Performance Tuning : Diagnoses network bottlenecks, optimizes storage, and adjusts server resources to meet traffic demands.
- Security Compliance : Enforces firewalls, manages access permissions, and maintains disaster recovery plans.

Corporate Documentation, Governance & Management :
- Documentation Creation: Authors and maintains comprehensive corporate infrastructure, technical and security documentation - including architecture diagrams, system and network configurations, runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), disaster recovery plans, and platform/asset inventories - written in a documentation-as-code format (e.g., Markdown).
- Governance : Establishes and enforces documentation standards, naming conventions, and a branch / pull-request review workflow with appropriate access controls, ensuring all records remain version-controlled, accurate, current, consistent,



and audit-ready.
- Management & Location : Creates, organizes, and maintains all corporate documentation within the Company's GitHub repositories as the single source of truth, keeping it logically structured, secured, and readily accessible to authorized stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent : 5+ Years’ Experience

HOURS OF OPERATIONS:

Monday thru Friday : 8 am to 5 pm EST (New York).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate : “Negotiable” Based on Experience & Skillsets.

- $65.00 (USD) per Hour (During 60-Day Probation Period)
- $85.00 (USD) per Hour (After 60-Day Probation Period)

Profit Sharing : 1.0% of ALL Company Billable Gross Client Revenue - NO CAP
