Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist (Level 2+) with 4-5 years of hands-on technical support and infrastructure management experience. In this role, you will act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, oversee day-to-day IT operations, and assist with system administration, network management, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Advanced Technical Support: Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for hardware, software, network, and system issues, resolving ticket escalations within defined SLAs.

- System & User Administration: Manage identity and access management solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace), including provisioning, policy enforcement, and offboarding.

- Infrastructure & Networking: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi) and cloud systems (AWS, Azure, or M365).

- Endpoint Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac endpoints using MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and enforce endpoint protection/antivirus protocols.

- Project Support & Documentation: Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades, system migrations,



and security audits; maintain clear internal technical documentation and KB articles.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 4-5 years in a dedicated IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering role.

- Strong proficiency with Windows and macOS enterprise environments.

- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).

- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 / Entra ID or Google Workspace.

- Experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice).

- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strong written/verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Admin Associate, or CCNA.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for task automation.

- Basic understanding of IT compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) and cybersecurity best practices.
