About the Job:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will support the design team in creating engaging visual content while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements.

The adecuado candidate is eager to learn, open to feedback, organized, and passionate about design. You will collaborate with team members across different departments to bring creative ideas to life, support ongoing projects, and contribute to the development of high-quality visual assets in a collaborative, fast-paced, and fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in creating packaging designs.
- Convert client concepts, sketches, and AI-generated ideas into vectorized, print-ready artwork.
- Adapt and scale master designs across multiple SKUs and product lines with consistency.
- Prepare artwork files according to production guidelines (white underprint layers, finishes, text margins, layer structure) before prepress handoff.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.




- Coordinate design approvals using digital signature tools and upload final files for prepress.
- Create marketing and promotional materials, such as social media graphics, email visuals, templates, and trade show materials.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to gather specifications and align artwork with business goals.
- Participate in ongoing internal training on client communication and technical file setup.

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Magnific, Firefly, or Gemini.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple active projects.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills, including client-facing communication.
- Ability to learn packaging standards and production workflows quickly.
- Proactive and a quick learner.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Canva, Microsoft Excel, and e-signature tools.
- Experience designing for print, packaging, or labels, with knowledge of prepress fundamentals.

Work Details:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm CST

Location: Fully remote on camara

Salary: $14,000 MXN after 3 months salary revision
