Position Requirements – Junior Accountant

- Experience Level:

Junior-level professional with a maximum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

- Key Responsibilities:

General accounting, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and process improvement.

- AI Adoption:

Experience using AI tools to improve accounting workflows, automate tasks, and increase efficiency is a plus.

- Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. A master's degree is preferred.

- Work Experience:

Previous professional experience in accounting or a related field is required.

- English Proficiency:

Fluent in English, as all official communication is conducted in English.

- Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

- Location:

Mexico.

- Work Arrangement:

Fully remote, open to candidates across any time zone.
