Overview:

We’re hiring detail-oriented administrative professionals to support medical records retrieval

,

legal records processing and case management for our clients: law firms, claims administrators and healthcare providers. If you have a background in customer service, call center, data entry, medical records, legal assistant work or workers’ compensation

, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

- Request, track and follow up on confidential medical and legal records by phone, fax, email and mail

- Process subpoenas

, customer orders and record requests accurately and on deadline

- Manage a high-volume caseload

, coordinating with attorneys,

claims adjusters

, schools and other stakeholders

- Do data entry and research across multiple systems and databases

- Process and submit invoices for billing and payment

- Keep all documentation compliant with

HIPAA and confidentiality standards

- Manage your calendar,



prioritize urgent requests and answer emails within 24 hours

- Meet productivity and quality goals while following standard procedures

What we’re looking for

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1+ year in customer service, call center, administrative support, data entry, collections or back office

- Experience in medical records, legal, paralegal, insurance claims or workers’ comp is a plus

- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy

- Proficient in

Google Workspace

(Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and comfortable switching between systems

- Excellent written and verbal English is a must

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Strong organization, time management and attention to detail

- Comfortable with phone work and repetitive, process-driven tasks
