We are looking for an experienced **SAP Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Expert (SME)** with strong functional and domain expertise in SAP QM.

The consultant should have extensive experience in **support and enhancement projects**.

Exposure to **end-to-end implementation projects** will be an added advantage, including experience in functional specification preparation, testing, defect resolution, and bug fixing.

Strong hands-on experience is required in:

- QM Master Data
- QM Notifications
- QM Cost Management
- QM Inspections
- Batch Management
- Usage Decision
- DMR (Document Management/Defect Management Reporting, as applicable)
- Integration with SAP modules such as **EWM, PP, MM**, and others
- Must possess a solid understanding of **SAP QM business processes within the pharmaceutical industry**.




- Experience in collaborating with the **ABAP team** for enhancement development, issue resolution, and bug fixes.
- Ability to configure SAP QM solutions for **new developments, business requirements, and rollout projects**.
- Well-versed in IT service management processes, including **Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management**.

The adecuado candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and the ability to deliver high‑quality SAP QM solutions in a dynamic support and project environment.
