D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM;) Functional Consultant / Functional Analyst

Requirements

Must Have

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&SCM; (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management) or Dynamics AX Functional Consultant, Functional Analyst, or similar ERP functional role.
- Proven experience implementing D365 Finance modules in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting stabilization, optimization, and simplification of existing D365 F&SCM; environments.
- Strong functional expertise in one or more D365 F&SCM; modules (Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.).
- Experience across multiple implementation phases including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
- Experience working in multi-country and/or multi-legal-entity environments.
- Working knowledge of D365 F&SCM; integrations, Data Entities, workflows, security roles, reporting, and batch processing.
- Strong stakeholder management and business process analysis skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps integrations.




- Knowledge of extending and automating D365 F&SCM; business processes using Microsoft low-code technologies.
- Experience with continuous improvement and ERP transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of data migration and integration strategies.

Activities to Perform

- Support the stabilization and continuous improvement of an existing D365 F&SCM; environment.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 solutions.
- Configure and maintain D365 Finance modules according to business needs.
- Participate in end-to-end D365 F&SCM; implementations across multiple countries and legal entities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Design, execute, and support system testing activities including UAT and regression testing.
- Support deployment, go-live activities, and post-production issue resolution.
- Monitor and optimize workflows, security configurations, reporting, and batch jobs.
- Support integrations between D365 F&SCM; and other enterprise applications.
- Identify opportunities for process automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Provide functional guidance, user training, and ongoing production support.
