- Pay: approx. $1,100 USD/month ($6.00 USD/hour)
- Job type: Full-time, permanent. Urgent hire.
- Location: 100% Remote, only open to candidates living in Latin America

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift. 9 AM–3 PM EST for the first 4 weeks (30 hours/week), then 9 AM–5 PM EST.

About the Job This is a remote outbound calling role. You will call U.S. businesses, reach key decision-makers and book short calls to introduce a free employee savings report. The position is long-term and we are hiring now. Every applicant hears back within 24–48 hours.

Responsibilities

- Make 50–100 outbound calls daily to U.S. businesses using provided lead lists and scripts
- Introduce the free employee savings report and schedule calls




- Request employee census information from interested prospects
- Track call outcomes, follow up with potential clients and meet daily targets

Required
- 2+ years of recent high-volume cold calling experience (telemarketing, outbound call center or inside sales)
- Some sales experience
- Advanced English
- Energetic, outgoing and professional manner
- Clear, great phone voice
- Ability to handle objections well and follow scripts

Preferred
- Active listening and rapport building with busy decision-makers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $112.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
