Quality Systems Assistant

We are looking for a junior professional with hands-on experience in ISO Quality Management Systems to support our Quality team in the implementation and documentation of the QMS.

Key Responsibilities

- Support ISO implementation and Quality Management System activities.
- Develop and update procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality records.
- Support process documentation and process mapping.
- Maintain and organize QMS documentation and records.
- Gather information and evidence from different departments to demonstrate compliance with ISO requirements.
- Support internal and external audit preparation.
- Track action plans resulting from audits and QMS implementation activities.
- Update quality matrices, databases, and indicators.
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to implementation progress.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned QMS activities.

Requirements

- Recently graduated Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical,



Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- 1 year of experience working with ISO standards or Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with ISO 9001 highly preferred.
- Knowledge of document control, procedures, records, and audit requirements.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits is a plus.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate English preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with different departments.
