Call Center Services International (CCSI) is looking for a Recruitment Interviewer to join our team! In this role, you'll focus on interviewing, pre-screening, and evaluating candidates to identify the best talent for our open positions.

What You'll Do

- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates.
- Pre-screen applicants to assess their experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the position.
- Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and established screening criteria.
- Identify strengths, areas of opportunity, and relevant experience during interviews.
- Document interview notes and provide clear, objective feedback to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and interview records in the recruitment system.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.

Requirements





What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, interviewing, or candidate screening. Experience recruiting for administrative positions is a plus.
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates against position requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to ask effective questions, actively listen, and identify relevant information during interviews.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple interviews and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems/CRMs and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- A degree or studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are preferred, but not a must.
