About the role Ere Perez is an Australian natural cosmetics brand with a loyal community around the world. We're looking for a Senior Designer in Mexico to join our Australian team as a remote extension of it.

You'll be the main design resource for our B2B business — the retailers and stockists who carry Ere Perez — reporting to Ruth in Australia. Most of your time goes to B2B work, but you'll flex across other marketing projects as priorities shift. This is a hands-on role for a designer who also thinks like a marketer: you won't just execute the brief, you'll question it and make it better.

Activities

- Design point-of-sale materials for stores: displays, shelf talkers, posters, testers and retailer kits
- Create web banners and digital assets for retailer and stockist websites
- Resize and adapt imagery and campaign assets across formats, channels and markets
- Write reverse briefs — clarify the objective, audience and deliverables before design starts
- Possible basic copywriting tasks required as part of the role
- Bring a marketing point of view: suggest ideas, challenge briefs and flag what will work in store
- Keep every piece on brand, working within the Ere Perez brand guidelines




- Ability to leverage A.I. for smoother more efficient working processes whilst maintaining brand integrity
- Manage your own workload across B2B requests and wider marketing projects, keeping Ruth updated on priorities and timelines
- Organise and maintain design files and assets so the team can find and reuse them

Experience Required

- 5+ years in graphic design, ideally in-house or agency for a consumer brand
- Fluent English (C1/C2), spoken and written — you'll work with the Australian team every day
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A portfolio showing retail/POS, digital and print work
- Experience preparing files for print production and working with suppliers
- Confidence working remotely across time zones: self-directed, organised, quick to respond
- A marketing mindset — you understand why a piece exists, not just how it looks

Nice to have

- Beauty, cosmetics or consumer goods experience
- B2B, trade or retail marketing experience
- Experience with international brands or multi-country teams
- Basic motion or video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut or similar)
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva or a digital asset management system
