About the job SkySun sells solar and clean energy to U.S. homeowners. We need a high-energy Team Lead to run a remote team of 8-20 outbound sales agents. You will coach, push, and hold your team to big call numbers every day.
What you will do - Lead 8-20 remote outbound agents - Hit daily and weekly goals for calls, talk time, and booked appointments - Run daily team huddles and live call coaching - Listen to calls and give feedback the same day - Track team numbers and fix problems fast - Motivate, correct, and replace low performers - Help hire and train new agents What you need - 2+ years in outbound sales or call center leadership - Proven record of hitting high-volume quotas - Strong spoken and written English - Upbeat, competitive, and ready to push a team - Comfortable with dialers, CRMs, and daily numbers - Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace Nice to have:
solar, home services, or insurance sales;
experience managing remote teams Schedules (pick the one that fits) - Morning shift - Mid-day shift - Evening shift - Weekend-focused shift Shift times are set during the interview. Teams run on U.S. calling hours.
