About the role

Know ServiceTitan well? We need someone to look after it full-time for a busy U.S. team.

We are looking for a ServiceTitan Administrator to own the platform behind a U.S.-based field service business.

You’ll keep the system set up correctly and the data accurate, help the team whenever they get stuck, and write down how things should be done so everyone works the same way. It’s a fully remote, independent contractor role, with working hours that overlap with US business hours.

What you’ll do

⚙️ Setup and configuration

- Manage ServiceTitan setup, configuration, and day-to-day administration
- Find and fix configuration issues on your own
- Work with ServiceTitan Support when an issue needs their help
- Keep user access correct and up to date

?️ Data and pricebook

- Handle data entry, imports, and validation
- Maintain and update pricebook data
- Set up new users and get them ready to work
- Keep data accurate and the system consistent

?‍? User support and training - Be the go-to person for ServiceTitan questions and problems

- Train team members on how to use the system properly




- Write and update SOPs for ServiceTitan processes and workflows
- Spot issues that keep coming back and put processes in place to prevent them

What you bring

- Hands-on experience administering ServiceTitan
- A strong understanding of ServiceTitan configuration and workflows
- Experience with data entry, imports, validation and system setup
- The ability to troubleshoot configuration and user issues independently
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organization and a sharp eye for detail
- Experience writing SOPs and training people on software
- The ability to work independently with little supervision

Nice to have

- Experience supporting a field service, home services or similar business
- Experience managing ServiceTitan pricebooks
- Experience working directly with ServiceTitan Support
- A knack for improving processes and workflows
