Affiliate Manager – LATAM (Spanish Speaking) GetPicks | Remote

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Affiliate Manager with 3+ years of experience in LATAM, preferably at an established iGaming or sports betting company. You'll build and manage our network of creators, affiliates, and communities — from finding partners and closing deals to driving real results.

What You'll Do
• Recruit, negotiate, and onboard affiliates, influencers, and creators.
• Build partnerships across X, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and other channels.
• Manage campaigns, referral links, promotions, and partner relationships.
• Track performance (FTDs, CPA, conversions) and optimize results.
• Continuously grow and activate your regional partner network. What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of hands-on affiliate management experience, ideally in iGaming, sports betting, or DFS.




• Strong LATAM market knowledge and an existing network of affiliates or creators.
• Proven experience recruiting and managing partners independently.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking, integrations, and CPA/RevShare models.
• Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven. Nice to Have
• Experience with crypto or fantasy sports.
• Existing relationships with high-performing affiliates and tipsters.
