-Supervise and coordinate the molding department's operating personnel.

-Ensure compliance with the daily production plan.

-Verify machine start-ups, mold changes, and process adjustments.

-Monitor and control process parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards.

-Coordinate the identification and resolution of technical issues and production deviations.

-Resin Control of resin handling, drying, storage, traceability, and process control to ensure consistent product quality.

-Train and develop subordinate personnel on technical and operational aspects related to the molding process.

-Maintain strong technical knowledge of the plant's general operations,including Plating/Metallizing, Assembly, and Decorating, and understand their interaction with the molding department.

-Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes, troubleshooting,



and process optimization.Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in injection and/or blow molding processes.
- Knowledge of plastic transformation processes.
- Preferred experience Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RJG Certified / Scientific Molding
- Experience troubleshooting process issues and addressing production deviations.
