Hiring: Tech Lead – Backend .NET & Azure

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Backend .NET & Azure to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using .NET and Microsoft Azure.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and scalable backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Build and maintain microservices-based and event-driven architectures.
- Implement cloud solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Service Bus, Queues, Topics, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and drive continuous improvement in code quality.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and Git Flow.
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Frontend, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Drive technical innovation, proof of concepts, modernization, and technical debt reduction.
- Support production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/.NET 8, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Expertise in Entity Framework, SQL Server, and RESTful API development.




- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Service Bus, Queues, Topics, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL.
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience designing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and release management.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of observability, application monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to React, TypeScript, and modern frontend integration.
- Experience with enterprise application modernization and automation.

Experience & Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies.
- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead or technical leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Professional English communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
