A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is preferred. Experience teaching group classes, and prior high-end country club or resort experience is a plus. JOB DETAILSResponsibilities:Receive client intake form with signature and date for every client.Perform a client evaluation to establish baseline measurements and understand limitations, general health, and personal goals.Instruct clients using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe and excellent experience.Conduct private, semi-private, duo or other additional sessions, as needed.Visually inspect the equipment prior to each class or training session to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use.Communicate all equipment issues to management.Maintain a safe and clean Pilates studio. Update schedule daily to ensure accuracy with your appointments.Enter member charges through POS for sessions trained, daily.Maintain clients and their schedules.Arrive at least 5-minutes early to prepare for client or class.Contact clients and manager when calling to cancel due to illness.Create personalized service by using name recognition.Promote all on-going and up-coming programs and activities.Execute all duties with a high-level of professionalism and service that aligns with the company’s values, mission,
