CPKC is seeking a field supervisor to lead locomotive safety, inspections and daily operations at our Actual Laredo site. You will supervise union workers across track, service, and yard activities, ensuring inspections, maintenance scheduling and compliance with FRA/SCT/OEM standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating with NOC and MLU, managing inventory and fuel, and driving a culture of safety, accountability, and operational efficiency.
